Monique R. Williams, the founder of Mo Ruby Coaching LLC, and my journey into leadership and entrepreneurship was anything but conventional.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and management, I have led teams through complex challenges, navigated organizational change, and mentored emerging leaders. I’ve seen firsthand how new managers often struggle with confidence, decision-making, and team dynamics—because I was once in that position myself. I know what it feels like to step into leadership without a roadmap, and I also know how transformational the right guidance can be.

My passion for leadership development was born from my own experiences of resilience in toxic work environments, the lessons I learned navigating difficult transitions, and my desire to help others step into leadership with clarity and confidence.

My educational experience includes a bachelor’s degree in business management & a master’s degree in leadership & management obtained from Purdue University.
