The Coach cannot guarantee any specific results or successes of the coaching program. The Coach's comments and advice are expressions of opinion only and not legal or financial advice. MoRuby Coaching is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from this coaching relationship.
COACHING POLICIES
I’m committed to your success and ready to help you take your business to the next level. I want you and your business to succeed. This journey will require a serious commitment to yourself and a mutual respect between client and coach. My policies outlined below are meant to foster those things. Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally speaking, the policies below apply to ALL services I offer.
Payment Processing
Upon providing deposit or full payment you are authorizing MoRuby Coaching to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and any installments must be paid on a timely basis.
Communication & Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late you can schedule a makeup call within the same week based upon coach's availability you will be charged a $15 Late Fee. If you miss one of our calls completely you can schedule a makeup call within the same week based upon coach's availability you will be charged a $25 No Show Fee. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours’ notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. Remember there are no refunds.
Confidential Information
We Acknowledge that you the client will share confidential information with us. We Agree not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent.
Refund Policy
Digital products:
There are no refunds issued for digital products. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Coaching Services:
All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
